Founded in 1992 Exelcom Public Affairs & Public Relations is an international consultancy based near the Hague (Netherlands).

Exelcom specialises in establishing and maintaining contact with decision makers in governmental and political institutions, using an extensive network in the Hague and Brussels. Work for clients includes anticipating legislation and political decisions in the Hague and in the European Union headquarters in Brussels, and arranging introductions of clients to governmental and parliamentary leaders and decision makers.

Exelcom assists clients in developing and implementing their own public relations and communications policy. This includes arranging contacts with the press and, if necessary, acting as spokesman to Benelux media. Besides good contacts with the written media Exelcom also has an extensive "broadcast" network (radio and televison) at its disposal.
